What is the @streameruniversity account on Whatnot?

@streameruniversity is the official Whatnot account for Streamer University. We'll host pop-up shows throughout the event from July 15–19, 2026. Check the account for the latest schedule and go live notifications.

Do I need to buy anything to watch?

No. Anyone can watch the show for free in the Whatnot app. No purchase is required.

How do giveaways work during the shows?

Giveaways happen live throughout the stream.

• Entry instructions appear in the Whatnot app.
• Winners are selected live or shortly after the giveaway closes.
• Each giveaway has its own entry window and eligibility requirements.

I won a giveaway during a @streameruniversity show. What happens next?

Congrats! We'll email the address associated with your Whatnot account to confirm eligibility and arrange prize fulfillment. Timing varies by prize, so it may take several days after the Show for you to receive a follow-up email.

Can I enter more than one giveaway?

Yes. Each giveaway is separate, and you can enter multiple giveaways throughout the stream if you meet the eligibility requirements for each one.

Are these shows available internationally?

Yes. @streameruniversity shows are available globally. Giveaway eligibility, shipping, and prize restrictions may vary by country or region.

Where do I watch the @streameruniversity shows?

Watch the shows in the Whatnot app. The mobile app provides the best experience, and features like chat and giveaway entry may not be fully supported elsewhere.

I'm having technical issues during the show.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the Whatnot app, restart the app, and check your internet connection. 

If you're still having trouble, contact Whatnot Support and include your device type and a description of the issue.

I tried to enter a giveaway, and something went wrong.

If you weren't able to enter:

• Make sure you're logged in to your Whatnot account.
• Check that the giveaway entry window was still open.
• Confirm you're using the latest version of the app.

It looks like a bot or fake account won.

Whatnot has systems in place to help detect and prevent abuse. All giveaway winners will be verified before prizes are fulfilled. If a selected winner doesn't meet the eligibility or verification requirements, they won't receive the prize.
