I need help with a purchase
Every purchase on Whatnot is backed by Buyer Protection.
If there's an issue with a purchase, report it from the order details page:
- From the app or whatnot.com, open Activity
- Select Purchases
- Select your order
- Tap Get help with this purchase
- Select the option that best matches your issue
- Attach any relevant photos or screenshots
Depending on the situation, the seller may be able to help resolve the issue directly. If not, our team is here to help.
Note: Most purchase issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever comes first. Some categories have shorter timelines.
Check your order details page to see how much time you have left to remain eligible for a refund under Buyer Protection.
I need help with an order I sold
To get help with an order you've sold:
- From the app or whatnot.com, open Seller Hub
- Select Orders
- Choose the order
- Tap Get help with this order
- Select the option that best matches your issue
In some cases, Whatbot, our virtual support assistant, may be your first point of contact. It can answer common questions, gather details about your issue, and connect you with our support team when more help is needed.
I need help with my account or something else
- From the app, open Account
- Scroll and tap Contact Us
- Select the option that best matches your issue
Need to report a profile or listing? If you notice content or behavior that may violate our Community Guidelines, learn how to submit a report to our Trust & Safety team.
What happens after I contact Whatnot support?
Once your request reaches Whatnot Support:
- You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number
- A member of our team will respond within 48 hours, usually sooner
- Reply directly to the support email to continue the conversation
If you don't see our email, check your spam folder or search your inbox for "Whatnot Support."
