Adding and managing accounts
You can add multiple buyer accounts on Whatnot and switch between them without logging out and back in. However, you can only have seller access on one account at a time.
If you attempt to apply for selling access on a secondary account without meeting the requirements outlined below, you won’t be approved.
We recommend using the Account Switcher to easily create and move between buyer accounts.
Add another account
Go to your profile.
Tap the ▼ next to your username.

Choose one of the following:
Add existing account to log into another account
Create a new account to set up a new one
Switch between accounts
Go to your profile.
Tap the ▼ next to your username.
Select the account you want to switch to.
Remove accounts
Go to your profile.
Tap the ▼ next to your username.
Tap Manage.
Tap Sign Out on the account you’d like to remove.
Tip: If you sign out of your current account, you’ll automatically switch to the next account saved on your device.
Notifications
You’ll only receive push notifications for your currently active account.
When you switch accounts, notifications from the previous account will be cleared.
Multiple seller accounts guidelines
Established sellers may be eligible to run a second seller account to grow their brand, stream simultaneously, or expand into another category.
To qualify, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Lifetime sales of more than $100,000 (before fees) or more than 1,000 orders
Hosted at least 10 live shows in the past 30 days
Maintain a rating above 4.8
Not be on a second offense in any violation category under our What Actions We Take guidelines
If you meet these requirements and would like to apply for a second seller account, please contact applications@whatnot.com.
Note: Verified badges and Early Payout p privileges don’t transfer between accounts. If you create a new seller account, you’ll need to earn them again.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Can I merge multiple accounts into one?
No. We don’t currently support merging accounts or transferring data between accounts.
Why don’t I see the Account Switcher in my profile?
The Account Switcher is currently available on iOS and is rolling out gradually. It may not be available on your device yet. Make sure your app is up to date and check back soon.
Does this allow someone to enter giveaways multiple times?
No. To be eligible for a giveaway, you must be present in the livestream when the drawing happens.
If you switch accounts on the same device, your previous account is no longer active in the livestream and will be removed from the giveaway. This feature does not allow multiple entries.
