If you need to change the phone number on your Whatnot account, our Support team can help. Phone numbers can’t be changed directly in the app.
For your security, our team will confirm you’re the account holder before making any changes.
To contact Support and request a change:
- Open the Whatnot app.
- Tap Account at the bottom of your screen.
- Scroll down and tap Contact Us.
- Select Account > Update Account Information > Update Phone Number.
- Describe your situation and submit your request.
Be ready to share information about your:
Current and new phone numbers
Account email address
Account username
Default shipping address
Default payment method
We’ll use this information to verify account ownership and update your number.
