Just made a sale and wondering where your money is?
For most sellers, earnings aren't available right away. They finish processing after the shipping carrier confirms your order has been delivered.
Once your earnings move to your available balance, you can request a payout to your bank account. Most payouts arrive within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and local banking holidays.
Tip: Check the status of each sale in Seller Hub > Payouts > Transactions (mobile) or Ledger (web). Processing means your earnings aren't available yet. Completed means they're ready for payout.

When do earnings become available?
For most sellers, earnings become available for payout after the carrier confirms delivery. Exactly when they become available depends on where you're selling. Find the timeline for your country below.
If you're eligible for Early Payout, the standard timing below doesn't apply. Your earnings become available for payout as soon as you generate a shipping label, instead of waiting for delivery confirmation. More about Early Payout and eligibility.

What is the payment settlement period?
If you're selling in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, or using Mondial Relay in France, and you're not eligible for Early Payout, your earnings become available only after both of these happen:
Delivery is confirmed, and
96 hours have passed since the sale
This gives the buyer's payment time to fully settle before your earnings become available. You don't need to do anything during this time.
Once both conditions are met, your earnings typically become available for payout within 4 hours.
What if my shipment doesn't have standard tracking?
Some shipping methods don't include standard tracking updates. For these, earnings follow a fixed timeline instead of waiting for delivery confirmation.
If you have Early Payout, these timelines don’t apply. Your earnings still become available as soon as you generate a shipping label.
| Shipping method | When earnings start processing |
| Bring Your Own Label (BYOL) | 7 days after tracking number is entered |
| Deutsche Post Domestic | 4 days after label generation |
| DHL | 4 days after label generation |
| Free Pickup | 3 days from order creation or after pickup (whichever comes later) |
| FR LaPoste | 7 days after label generation |
| USPS First-Class Mail Letter (FCML) (PWE) | 10 days after label generation |
After your earnings become available
Once your earnings are added to your available balance, you can start a payout.
Most payouts arrive in your bank account within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and local banking holidays.
After requesting a payout, you can track its status and estimated arrival date in Seller Hub > Payouts.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Why are my earnings still processing?
Usually nothing's wrong, and one of these is likely the reason:
- The order hasn't been delivered yet. For most sellers, earnings become available after the carrier confirms delivery. Track your package from the Shipments page in Seller Hub.
- You're in a country with a payment settlement period and don't have Early Payout. Your earnings become available only after delivery and at least 96 hours since the sale, plus up to 4 hours of processing time. Learn more.
- Your shipping method follows a fixed timeline instead of using delivery confirmation. Learn more.
- An Early Payout transaction is on a payment hold, so it's following the standard payout timeline. Learn more about payment holds for Early Payout.
How can I see which earnings are still processing?
In Seller Hub:
- Mobile app: Payouts → Transactions → Processing
- Web: Ledger → Processing
Select an Order ID to view the order details. Then select the Shipment # to check the shipment's status.
