From your Seller Hub on Whatnot, you can check the status of:
- Earnings: funds available from completed sales
- Payouts: whether those funds have been sent to your linked account (e.g. your bank, PayPal)
Most orders follow our standard earnings and payout timeline, but processing times can vary. Learn about when you’ll get paid for sales.

View earnings that are processing
You can view all your in-progress earnings from the Transactions (mobile) or Ledger (web) page in Seller Hub.

- Open the app
- Tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Payouts
- Tap the Transactions tab
- Filter by Processing

- Go to whatnot.com and sign in if needed
- Click your account icon in the top right
- Under the Selling tab, open Seller Hub
- Open the Finances page from the left menu
- Click the Ledger tab
- Filter by Processing
- (Optional) Click an Order ID for more details about a specific order
Check the earnings status for a specific order
Before you can start a payout, the earnings from a sale need to process. You can check whether those earnings are available from the Orders page in Seller Hub.
Check earnings status on the app
- Open the app
- Tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Orders
- Find the order you want to check, then:
- Look for the earnings status badge
- Tap the order to view Receipt and earnings details

- Go to whatnot.com and sign in if needed
- Click your account icon in the top right
- Under the Selling tab, open Seller Hub
- Open the Orders page from the left menu
- Find the order you want to check, then:
- Check the Earnings Status column
- Hover over the information (i) icon to learn more about the status
- Click the order to view earnings details
Understand earnings statuses
When checking an order, you’ll see one of these earnings statuses:
- Processing: Your earnings are in the process of becoming available in your account
- Completed: Your earnings are available in your Whatnot account and you can start a payout
- Cancelled: Your potential earnings for this order are not available because the order was cancelled

Check your payout status
Once your earnings are available in your account, you can start a payout. You can then track its status from the Payouts page in Seller Hub.

- Open the app
- Tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Payouts
- Find your payout and view the status

- Go to whatnot.com and sign in if needed
- Click your account icon in the top right
- Under the Selling tab, open Seller Hub
- Open the Finances page from the left menu
- Click on the Payouts tab
- Find your payout and view the status
Understand payout statuses
Each payout will show one of the following statuses, along with an estimated or confirmed arrival date:
- Processing: The payout is still in progress, and the funds haven’t yet arrived in your bank account. Check the estimated arrival date to see when you can expect the funds.
- Completed: The payout has arrived at your chosen payout method (e.g. bank account, PayPal).
- Failed: Funds weren’t successfully transferred to your bank account and were returned to your Whatnot account balance.
