After a sale, you can track your money directly from Seller Hub.
- Earnings show when funds from a sale become available in your Whatnot balance.
- Payouts show when those available funds are sent to your linked account (like your bank or PayPal).
Tip: If you want to understand when funds become available, learn more about when you’ll get paid after a sale.

Check your earnings status
Earnings must finish processing and be marked Completed before you can start a payout.
You can check earnings:
- By order (for a specific sale)
- In your Ledger / Transactions (to see all in-progress earnings)
Check earnings for a specific order
On the app
- From the app, tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Orders
- Find the order you want to check, then:
- Look for the earnings status badge
- Tap the order to view Receipt and earnings details
On whatnot.com
- From whatnot.com, click your account icon in the top right
- Under the Selling tab, open Seller Hub
- Open the Orders page from the left menu
- Find the order you want to check, then:
- Check the Earnings Status column
- Hover over the information (i) icon to learn more about the status
- Click the order to view earnings details
View all processing earnings
If you want to see all sales that are still in progress:
On the app
- From the app, tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Payouts
- Tap the Transactions tab
- Filter by Processing
On whatnot.com
- From whatnot.com, click your account icon in the top right
- Under the Selling tab, open Seller Hub
- Open the Finances page from the left menu
- Click the Ledger tab
- Filter by Processing
- (Optional) Click an Order ID for its details
What earnings statuses mean
- Processing: Funds are not yet available in your Whatnot balance yet, but are in the process of becoming available.
- Completed: Funds are available in your account and ready for payout.

Cancelled: The purchase was cancelled and no earnings are available.
Check your payout status
Once your earnings are marked Completed, you can start a payout and track its status from the Payouts page in Seller Hub.
On the app
- From the app, tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Payouts
- Find your payout and view the status
On whatnot.com
- From whatnot.com, click your account icon in the top right
- Under the Selling tab, open Seller Hub
- Open the Finances page from the left menu
- Click on the Payouts tab
- Find your payout and view the status
What payout statuses mean
- Processing: The payout is in progress and funds haven’t reached your linked account yet. Check the estimated arrival date.
- Completed: The payout has been sent to your bank or PayPal.
- Failed: The transfer didn’t go through, and funds were automatically returned to your Whatnot balance.
