Receiving Payments as a Seller in Germany

Sellers will receive payment for sold orders 4 days after generating a label. This applies for both live sales and marketplace sales and across countries and carriers. Please see table below for more details:

Please note that payouts for Bring Your Own Labels orders will also include a refund of the shipping charge which the buyer paid for the order. The amount buyers pay is detailed here and may be above or below the cost of the label you purchased. Payouts will not be adjusted for these differences. More details on BYOL can be found here.

Sellers on Early Payout will receive their payment upon label creation. Early Payout eligibility requirements can be found here.

Shipping expectations

Please note that we continue to expect sellers to ship orders within 2 business days of the item being sold. We have systems in place that constantly monitor sellers' fulfillment performance to ensure you are meeting these expectations.
