French Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders, there are two supported shipping service levels. 

The first, La Poste Lettre Suivie, is for smaller and lighter packages. These packages can go up to 2 kilograms, with maximum thickness of 3 centimeters and maximum length+height+width of 100 cm. These packages must be dropped off at yellow mailboxes. 

The second shipping service level is Colissimo France. It supports shipping up to 30 kg, with maximum box dimensions of 150 CM. These packages can be dropped off at the postal office or picked up from personal mailboxes for parcels under 5 Kg and which can be put in standardized mailbox (minimum 26 cm x 26 cm x 34 cm for the mailbox itself).

Whatnot will always attempt to use the shipping option that is lowest-cost for buyers, so please ensure you select accurate weight profiles for your items to ensure that they will be compliant with the weight and dimension restrictions.

International Shipping

For shipping internationally (excluding Great Britain) or to French territories, Whatnot will support usage of Colissimo Outre-Mer and Colissimo International. Depending on the destination country, the maximum package weight is 20 or 30 kilograms. These packages can be dropped off at the postal office, or picked up from personal mailboxes (for EU destinations only).
