Your Livestream Report includes item details, sale prices, fees, and totals from a live show.
You can download livestream reports as a CSV file from Seller Hub on whatnot.com and use them to review sales, reconcile payouts, or upload the data into a spreadsheet tool.
To download the report:
Go to the Shipments page in Seller Hub.
Select the show under View shipments by live show or marketplace.
- On the right side, go to Show Actions.
Choose Export Livestream Report (CSV).
Once downloaded, open the file in a spreadsheet tool like Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
Note: Avoid opening the file in Notepad or another plain text editor. The data won’t display in columns correctly.
