Your Livestream Report summarizes what sold during a live show, including item details, sale prices, fees, and totals. You can download it as a CSV file to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.
Note: This option is only available on whatnot.com.
- Go to the Shipments page in Seller Hub
- Select the show under View shipments by live show or marketplace
- On the right side, go to Show Actions
- Choose Export Livestream Report (CSV)
- Once downloaded, open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
⚠️ Avoid Notepad or text editors because they won’t format the data correctly into columns.
