Weekly Bundling – Seller Instructions & FAQ

Weekly Bundling is a brand new feature, live for select Australian and German sellers only, that allows buyers to bundle multiple purchases into one shipment each week. This guide outlines how the feature works, expectations for participating sellers, and answers common questions. 

How Weekly Bundling Works

• Purchases made by the same buyer with the same seller throughout the week will be grouped into one shipment. 
• Bundles close on Sunday at midnight (local time), and orders placed after this time count toward the next week’s bundle.
• Both the seller and the buyer need to opt in to the feature for Weekly Bundling to occur:
  • Sellers can opt in by going to Seller hub (on computer only) → Shipments → Weekly Bundling → Toggle ON

• Buyers can opt into Weekly Bundling two ways:
  • Settings → Addresses & Payment  → Weekly Bundling → Toggle ON 
  • For opted in seller streams  → Wallet → Weekly Bundling → Toggle ON

• Since not all buyers will be opted in, sellers are responsible for fulfilling both standard orders and bundled shipments.

After each livestream:

• Generate and ship orders for the buyers who have not opted in. 
  • Go to Shipments, select the livestream, and generate labels. Weekly bundle orders will not appear in this view.
  • These must be shipped within 2 business days of the order.
• Set aside weekly bundled orders to ship later.

At the end of the week:

• Bundles will close on Sunday at midnight (local time). Bundles must be shipped within 2 business days of the bundle close (by end of day Tuesday). You can choose to generate labels for the weekly bundles before then, which will close that bundle.
• To ship Weekly Bundles, go to Shipments, select “Weekly Bundles” from the filter. This view will show both open and closed Weekly Bundles. 

• To see only closed bundles (in Orange), select “Needs Label” within the Weekly Bundle view and generate the labels. 

Additional Notes

• Store buyer orders securely until the bundle is ready to be shipped.
• Generating bundled labels on Monday morning before selling again is best practice to avoid confusion between active and closed bundles in the Weekly Bundles view. To generate, manually select all closed bundled shipments and bulk generate
• Use a computer (not a phone) to generate labels.
• Packing slips will not be generated until you create shipping labels.
  
  

FAQs

What happens if a buyer opts in after making a purchase?

• If they opt in and then make another purchase during the same live stream, all livestream orders will be bundled.
• If they opt in but don’t make another purchase during the same livestream, their first purchase will not be included in the weekly bundle. All purchases in subsequent livestreams will be bundled.

Does Weekly Bundling mean free shipping after their first order or giveaway win?

• Not necessarily. Buyers will pay for one shipment, but additional charges may apply if the total weight increases. For example, if your buyer buys something that triggers the total shipment weight to move into a higher weight class (500g to 1kg), the buyer will pay the difference in shipping cost.

What countries are eligible for buyer opt-in?

• Germany, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore

Will Weekly Bundling impact my shipping time?

• No. For weekly bundled orders, the ship time is calculated from the bundle close time, not the original purchase date.

Will marketplace orders also get bundled with livestream orders?

• Yes, as long as the seller and buyer are both opted in and the purchase occurs within the same week as other orders.

What happens if I’m streaming past Sunday at midnight (local time)?

• All orders placed after midnight local time will count toward the next week’s bundle.

What happens if a buyer changes their address?

• If a buyer changes their shipping address, a new bundle will be created for orders to the new address. The previous orders will be shipped to the original address.

When will I receive my payout if I have early pay on my account?

• Early pay sellers receive payout upon label generation. Sellers generate weekly bundles labels after bundles close for the week.
