Your Show Report includes item details, sale prices, fees, and totals from a live show. Use it to review sales, reconcile payouts, or upload data into a spreadsheet.
You can download the report as a CSV file from Seller Hub on web.
To download a Show Report:
From whatnot.com, open the Shipments page in Seller Hub.
Select your show from the All Shows & Marketplace filter dropdown.
Click Open Sidebar on the right.
- Scroll down to Show Actions.
- Select Export Show Report (CSV) to download the file.
- Open the file in a spreadsheet tool like Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
Note: Avoid opening the file in Notepad or other plain text editors, as the data won’t display in columns correctly.
