You can manually bundle or unbundle orders on whatnot.com before you ship them. This lets you control which items ship together or separately. It can also help you adjust things if Smart Bundling™ didn't group items the way you want.
On this page:
Before you start
- You can bundle marketplace orders or livestream orders, but not both together
- Bundled orders must be from the same buyer
- You can unbundle after a label is generated, but can’t bundle
Unbundle a shipment

Will I be charged for a shipping adjustment?
It depends on the shipping cost before and after the change:
- Bundling is free if the bundled label costs less than the original shipment labels combined.
- Unbundling may cost more if the new labels are more expensive than the original shipment label.
You get 5 free shipping adjustments per week. After that, fees may apply.
We’ll show any added costs during the bundling/unbundling process before you confirm your changes.
