On the Shipments page in Seller Hub, you’ll find statuses that help you track the progress of unfulfilled orders and know what action to take next.
Here’s what each status means:
- Canceling: The buyer requested cancellation. You’ll need to accept or deny the request before creating shipping labels.
- Needs Label: The order has been processed. It’s time to generate a shipping label and pack the item.
- Ready to Ship: You've generated the label, and the package is waiting to be scanned by the carrier. Note: If you dropped off the package but it hasn’t been scanned yet, tracking may take 2–3 days to update.
- Shipping: You've manually marked the package as shipped, or it’s been scanned by the carrier. It may be awaiting drop-off or already in transit.
- Delivered: The carrier has marked the package as delivered to the buyer.
- Delivered & paid out: The package was delivered, and your payout has been released. You can track your payments in the Financials section of the Seller Hub.
