Shipping service is wrong

Shipping services are usually determined by your show's shipping settings and the item's shipping profile. In most cases, the service can’t be changed after the item sells.

In some situations, you may be able to update the service after a sale, typically by adjusting the package weight or selecting another eligible option (like USPS Flat Rate).

To update the shipping service:

  1. From whatnot.com, open the Shipments page in Seller Hub.
  2. Select Edit Shipping Details (before label generation) or Generate New Label.
  3. Update the weight to change the service, or select another eligible service (e.g. USPS Flat Rate).
  4. Review changes under Shipping Costs → Pending Adjustments.
  5. Select Save or Generate New Label.

Note: Some services can’t be applied after the item sells, including USPS First-Class Mail Letter and Free Pickup.
