Before you ship, you can manually bundle or unbundle orders from Seller Hub on whatnot.com. This gives you control over which items ship together, and lets you fix anything that didn’t bundle correctly during purchase.
On this page:
Before you start
You can bundle orders from either the marketplace or a show, but not both together.
All bundled orders must be from the same buyer.
Once you’ve generated a shipping label, you can still unbundle items, but you won’t be able to bundle any new ones together.
How to unbundle a shipment
Unbundling separates a shipment with multiple items into individual packages, each with its own label.
You can unbundle a shipment before or after generating a label. If you're unbundling after label creation, you’ll need to do it before the original label is marked as Shipping or In Transit.
This is useful if you forgot to pack an item and want to split the shipment before dropping off your packages.

- Select two or more shipments from the same buyer.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Can I ship multiple purchases from the same buyer in one package?
Yes, but only if you bundle the items in Seller Hub before generating the label.
If you pack everything into one box without bundling first, some orders will still show as Preparing Package in Whatnot's system, which can confuse the buyer and delay your payout.
If you’ve already generated the labels, no problem, just ship the items separately using the labels you have.
What if I shipped multiple items in one package by mistake?
Each order must be shipped with its own Whatnot shipping label generated in Seller Hub. That’s how tracking stays accurate, buyers can follow their packages, and you get paid once each order is delivered.
If you accidentally shipped multiple orders together instead of separately, you won’t be able to bundle them yourself in Seller Hub after they’ve been shipped. Contact Whatnot Support and we’ll help update the tracking information so each order lines up correctly with the label you used.
What if I forgot to include an item before shipping a package?
If the original package hasn’t been marked In Transit yet, you can unbundle the missing item in Seller Hub and ship it separately. When you unbundle, you’ll get a new shipping label just for that item.
If the original package is already In Transit, contact Whatnot Support. We’ll help make sure the buyer still receives the missing item.
Will I be charged for bundling or unbundling?
It depends on how the shipping cost changes:
Bundling is free if the new bundled label costs less than the original shipment labels combined.
Unbundling may cost more if the new label is more expensive than the original one.
You get 5 free shipping adjustments per week. After that, fees may apply. We’ll always show any added costs before you confirm your changes.
