Match items to the right shipment
When you’re ready to pack, use Shipments to check what belongs in each package.
Each shipment includes details like the buyer’s username, number of items, shipment status, and tracking information when available.
A shipment can include one purchase or multiple purchases from the same buyer that are bundled together.
On whatnot.com
- Open the Shipments page in Seller Hub.
- Find the shipment you're packing.
- If the shipment includes multiple items, expand it to see what items are included.
- Make sure what you pack matches the shipment.
You can filter by All Shows & Marketplace or Shipment Status to help find a shipment.
Whatnot automatically bundles purchases into shipments in most cases, so you typically won’t need to make changes. If needed, you can bundle or unbundle purchases before generating shipping labels, or make other shipment adjustments.
In the app
- Open Seller Hub
- Tap the menu icon
- Tap Shipments
You can filter by Shipment Status and generate a shipping label for an individual shipment in the app.
If you need to adjust a shipment, use whatnot.com instead.
Use packing slips to stay organized
When you generate shipping labels, you can also export packing slips. Each packing slip includes the buyer’s username and item details for that shipment.
Use these slips while packing to help match the right items to the right package. You can also include it in the package to help the buyer identify their purchases when they arrive.
Still not sure which item sold?
Check the video receipt for more context on purchases made during shows. Video receipts show the moment the item appeared during your show and are available for 60 days after purchase.
