Watch your past shows and video receipts

As a seller, you can access two types of videos for up to 60 days after your show ends:

• Full show recordings (Videos on Demand, or VODs)

• Video receipts (short clips highlighting items sold)

Use these videos to confirm order details, follow up with buyers, or create clips to share.

Chat history from past shows isn’t available.

Watch a full show video (VOD)

You can watch recordings of any show you’ve hosted for up to 60 days after it ends. These are also known as Videos on Demand (VODs). 

Full show videos are only available in the Whatnot app, not on whatnot.com.

To view a past show: 

1. Open the Whatnot app
2. Tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
3. Open the menu in the top right corner
4. Go to Manage > Shows > Past 
5. Tap the show you want to watch

While watching a past show, you can:

• Pause or play the video

• Jump to any point using the video slider

• Capture and download clips

• View highlights like purchases and giveaways

Find a video receipt for an order

Video receipts are clips showing when an item appeared during your show (for example, when it was auctioned or pinned).

If the item was sold during a Card Break, the video receipt includes the full show.

Video receipts are available for 60 days after purchase and can be viewed in Seller Hub on whatnot.com.

From the Orders page:

1. From whatnot.com, open Seller Hub > Orders

2. Select the order

3. In the right sidebar, scroll to Order Details

4. Click Video Receipt

From the Shipments page:

1. Go to whatnot.com, open Seller Hub > Shipments 
2. Find the order
3. Click Expand under the buyer’s username
4. Click Video Receipt
