When you buy something during a show on Whatnot, you’ll get a video receipt with a short clip of when your item was featured.

How video receipts work
- Your video receipt highlights a short clip from the moment your item was auctioned or pinned
- If you bought during a Card Break, you’ll see the full video from that show
- Video receipts are available for 60 days after your purchase
How to find your video receipt
You can only view video receipts in the Whatnot app, not whatnot.com.
If the video is still available, you’ll see how many days remain. If it’s expired, the video receipt won’t appear.
- Open the Whatnot app
- Tap the Activity icon on the bottom menu
- Tap Purchases
- Select the order you want to view
- Scroll to Order Details
- Tap Video Receipt
