Watch your past shows and video receipts

As a seller, you can access two types of videos for up to 60 days after your show ends: 

• Full show recordings: also called Videos on Demand (VODs)
• Video receipts: short clips for each item sold

Use these videos to confirm order details, follow up with buyers, or create clips to share.

Note: Chat history from past shows isn’t accessible.

Watch the full show video (VODs)

You can watch the full recording of any show you’ve hosted on Whatnot. These are called Videos on Demand (VODs) and are available for 60 days after the show ends.

Full show videos are only available in the Whatnot app, not whatnot.com. 

To view a past show: 

1. Open the Whatnot app
2. Tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
3. Open the menu (☰) in the top right corner
4. Go to Manage > Shows > Past 
5. Tap the show you want to watch

While viewing a past show, you can:

• Pause and play the video
• Jump to any point using the video slider
• Capture and download clips
• See highlights like purchases and giveaways

Find the video receipt for a specific order

Video receipts are clips showing when the item was featured during your show, like when it was auctioned or pinned. If the purchase was made during a Card Break, the video receipt will include the full show.

Video receipts are available for 60 days after purchase. 

You can view video receipts in Seller Hub on whatnot.com.

From the Orders page:

1. Go to whatnot.com
2. Open the Orders page in Seller Hub
3. Find and click the order
4. In the right sidebar, scroll to Order Details
5. Click Video Receipt

From the Shipments page:

1. Go to whatnot.com
2. Open the Shipments page in Seller Hub
3. Find the order
4. Click Expand under the buyer’s username
5. Click Video Receipt
