While getting help with an order, you may need to share order details like your Order ID or tracking number. Here’s how to find them.
Open your order details:
- Open the Whatnot app or go to whatnot.com
- Go to Activity
- Select the Purchases tab
- Choose the order you need help with
From the order details page, you can view and copy:
- Tracking number – select ‘Tracking’
- Order ID – a 9-digit number (example: 123456789)
