While getting help with an order, you may need to share details like your Order ID or tracking number.
Here’s how to find them:
Open your order:
- Open the Whatnot app or go to whatnot.com
- Go to Activity
- Select Purchases
- Choose the order you need help with
From the order details page, you can view and copy:
- Tracking number – select Tracking
- Order ID – a 9-digit number (for example: 123456789)
Need help with an order? Choose Get help from the order details page to submit a request.
