When you buy something on Whatnot, you’ll receive an email receipt for every purchase, and you can view your order details anytime in the app or website.
Your receipt includes:
Subtotal: the cost of the item you purchased.
Shipping costs: if items are bundled, the receipt shows the shipping cost for that specific item. To see the shipping costs associated with other items in the bundle, check their individual receipts.
Taxes: any applicable sales tax.
Shipping address: where the order will be delivered.
Payment method (email only): for example, the type of credit card used and the last four digits.
Tip: If you purchased during a show, you’ll also get a video receipt with a short clip of the item you bought. Video receipts are available for 60 days. How to view your video receipt.
View your receipt on the Whatnot app
Tap Activity at the bottom of the screen.
Go to the Purchases tab and select your item.
Scroll down and tap Receipt & shipping details.
View your receipt on whatnot.com
- Sign into whatnot.com.
Open the Activity tab.
Under Purchases, select your item.
Check Receipt.
