A USPS SCAN Form (Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice) saves you time at when dropping off packages.
Instead of scanning each package one by one, you get a single barcode for all your shipments. When USPS scans that barcode, every package on the form receives an official acceptance scan.
Before you generate a SCAN Form
Eligibility
US sellers only: SCAN Forms work only for domestic USPS shipments. International orders must be scanned one by one.
Show orders only: You can only generate a SCAN Form for orders from a single show. Each show needs its own form; you can't combine forms from multiple shows.
Timing
Same day only: Generate your SCAN Form on the same day you generate labels. Once that day passes, the form can’t be created.
No do-overs: You can only generate a SCAN Form once. Download the PDF right away after generating.
Shipment setup
Not yet shipped: Orders already marked as Shipped in Seller Hub can’t be added.
One form per shipment: Once a shipment is on a SCAN Form, it can’t be moved.
Canceled labels: Canceling a label invalidates the SCAN Form it’s on.
Browser tip
Turn off your pop-up blocker before generating your SCAN Form PDF.

FAQs
Why am I seeing an error when generating a SCAN Form?
You might see an error like “Could not generate a SCAN sheet” if you’re trying to generate the form after your labels were generated. SCAN Forms must be generated on the same day as your shipping labels.
If you missed the window, ship without a SCAN Form this time.
