Shipping settings let you control how shipping works for your live shows on Whatnot.
Set your default shipping options in Seller Hub (Whatnot app only), and customize shipping them for individual shows in the app or on whatnot.com.
Some shipping settings are only available to certain sellers or regions. If you don’t see a setting in Seller Hub, it isn’t available to your account yet.

Edit your default shipping settings
Your default shipping settings apply to all future live shows, unless you change them for a specific show.
From Seller Hub, you can choose:
- Who pays for shipping
- Which domestic shipping options are available (varies by region)
- Whether Free Pickup is offered
- Whether to use custom shipping profiles
Even with default settings in place, the final shipping service for an order may vary based on:
- The item’s weight or category
- The shipping profile used
- Any show-specific shipping overrides
Note: International shipping is automatically enabled for eligible buyers and can’t be turned off in settings

To change your Seller Hub shipping settings:
- From the Whatnot app, tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right
- Scroll down to Settings > Shipping Settings
- Review your settings and make any changes
- (Optional) Choose whether to apply changes to scheduled shows
- Tap Save
If you already have shows scheduled, choose whether your updates apply to those shows too.
Return and update these settings at any time.
Update shipping settings for a specific show
By default, each live show uses your Seller Hub shipping settings. If needed, you can customize shipping for one specific show.
These changes apply only to that show. If the show is recurring, the settings carry over to future instances of that show.
For an individual show, you can choose:
- Who pays for shipping
- Which shipping services are available
- Whether Free Pickup is offered
To edit shipping settings for a scheduled show:
Change show settings from the app
- Tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen.
- In the top right, open the menu (☰).
- Tap Shows, then select the show you want to edit.
- Select … More, then tap Edit Show.
- Scroll to Shipping Settings.
- Review and adjust your settings as needed.
- Save your changes.
Change show settings from web
- From whatnot.com, click your account icon in the top right.
- Open your Seller Hub.
- From the left menu, open your Shows page.
- Scroll to Shipping Settings.
- Review and adjust your settings as needed.
- Save your changes.
Tip: You can also customize shipping settings whenever you schedule new shows.
