Your shipping settings control how orders get to your buyers after a show. Set them up to match your preferences and avoid surprises during fulfillment.
Start by setting your default shipping settings, then update them for individual shows if needed.
These settings apply to live shows only.
Note: Some shipping settings are only available to certain sellers or regions. If you don’t see an option in Seller Hub, it isn’t available to your account yet.

Set your default shipping settings
Your default settings are what every show will use automatically unless you update them for a specific show.
Here’s what you can control in Seller Hub:
- Who pays for shipping
- Which domestic shipping services are used (varies by region)
- Whether buyers can pick up orders in person
- Whether to use custom shipping profiles
Keep in mind, even with defaults set, the final shipping service may vary based on the item, total shipment weight, or the shipping profile used.

Note: International shipping is automatically enabled for eligible buyers and can’t be turned off.
How to update your default shipping settings:
- From the Whatnot app, tap Seller Hub
at the bottom.
- Open the menu
in the top right corner.
- Scroll to Settings > Shipping Settings.
- Make your updates.
- (Optional) Apply changes to already scheduled shows.
- Tap Save.
Come back and update these settings anytime.
Update shipping for a specific show
Each Show uses your default settings by default. If a show needs something different, you can update it directly.
Changes apply only to that show. If the show repeats, the settings carry over.
For each show, you can change:
- Who pays for shipping
- Available shipping options (varies by region)
- Whether to offer Free Pickup to local buyers
How to edit shipping for a scheduled show:
Change show settings from the app
- From the Whatnot app, tap Seller Hub
at the bottom.
- Open the menu
in the top right corner.
- Tap Shows, then select your show.
- Select … More, then tap Edit Show.
- Scroll to Shipping Settings.
- Review and update your settings.
- Save your changes.
Change show settings from web
- From whatnot.com, open your Shows page in Seller Hub.
- Find your upcoming show and click Edit.
- Scroll to Shipping Settings.
- Review and update your settings.
- Save your changes.
Tip: You can also customize shipping when scheduling new shows.
