Why a package may be returned
Most carriers include a return reason in the tracking history or on the package label.
Common reasons include:
- Shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
- Postage was missing or insufficient
- Package wasn’t picked up by the buyer in time
- The buyer refused delivery
- Delivery location wasn’t accessible
If the reason isn’t clear, you can check the tracking details or contact the carrier.
