Why a package may be returned

Most carriers include a return reason in the tracking history or on the package label.

Common reasons include:

  • Shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
  • Postage was missing or insufficient
  • Package wasn’t picked up by the buyer in time
  • The buyer refused delivery
  • Delivery location wasn’t accessible

If the reason isn’t clear, you can check the tracking details or contact the carrier.
