Coupons let you offer controlled discounts during your shows, whether you’re rewarding loyal buyers, encouraging first-time purchases, or driving momentum in an auction.
When you create coupons, you decide who can use them, how much they're worth, and when they're available.
In this article:
How coupons work
When a buyer uses a coupon, it reduces the item’s price by the amount you set.
As the seller, you cover the cost of the discount.
Any coupon a buyer redeems on a purchase appears in your payment ledger.
Each coupon can be used once per buyer and applies to a single order.
Coupons are one-time use. If a coupon isn’t fully used, any remaining discount is forfeited and can’t be applied to a future purchase.
All coupons must follow Whatnot’s Coupon Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.
