Vacation Mode lets you pause purchases on your shop listings when you’re away or unable to ship within the 2-day window. Turn it on anytime in the app to temporarily stop new out-of-show orders.
Vacation Mode only applies to listings outside of shows. It doesn't pause orders placed during shows, including Auction or Buy It Now listings.
How Vacation Mode works
Your out-of-show listings are temporarily hidden from your shop
Buyers see an “On vacation” message on your profile
You’ll need to turn Vacation Mode off before buyers can place new out-of-show orders
Turn Vacation Mode on or off
From the app, tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right.
Scroll down and toggle Vacation Mode on.
When you’re ready to start selling again, follow the same steps to turn Vacation Mode off.
