Create and sell variants of a product

Variants let you sell multiple options of the same product (like sizes or colors) in a single Buy It Now or Flash Sale listing during a live show.

Before you start 

• You can have up to 100 variants per product 
• You can have up to 1,000 total quantity across all variants 
• They're available for Buy It Now listings only (including Flash Sales)
• They must be reserved for a live show
• Offers are not supported 
• Buyers can purchase on any platform; sellers can create listings on Web, Seller Hub, iOS, or Android

Example: A product can have 5 variants with 200 quantity each, or 100 variants with 10 quantity each.

Create a variant

Buyers can purchase variants from your live shop, pinned listings, or Flash Sales.

Note: You can have up to 1,000 total quantity across all variants.

On the app

1. From your live show, open your shop and tap the + button

2. Select Create Quality Listing

3. Enter listing details and select Buy It Now (BIN) as the purchase format 

4. Tap Variants instead of Quantity

5. Use the + button to add variants or the trash icon to remove them

6. Ensure Reserved for Live is on

7. (Optional) add a Flash Sale

8. Tap Publish

On web from Seller Hub 

1. Go to Inventory and click Create Product

2. Enter listing details and select Buy It Now

3. Turn Accept Offers off 

4. Add variants and enter your options

5. Turn Reserve for Live on

6. Publish or save as draft

On web from a live show

1. Click Add in your Live Shop

2. Select Create Temporary Listing (If you select Quality Listing we'll redirect you to Seller Hub where you can list from there)

3. Enter listing details, but don't enter a quantity since the quantity will be calculated by your variants.

4. Ensure Buy It Now is selected and offers are disabled 

5. Add variants, using + to add and the trash icon to remove

6. Click Confirm

7. Publish
