If you sell a high volume of similar items in each show, Templates give you a faster way to get your inventory ready to sell, without building a new listing every time.
Important notes:
Templates are currently rolling out to a limited group of sellers within the Fashion category as an experiment. If you don't see this in your app yet, it hasn't reached you. Details in this article may change as we keep testing and improving the feature.
Template creation is currently only possible on iOS and Android versions 26.31 and above, with support on Web coming soon. On Web you can still run Templates you have created on iOS or Android.

What is a Template?
A Template is a reusable listing for a type of product you sell often, like Tops, Dresses, or Sneakers. Instead of creating one listing per product you sell, or one random pull for all your products, use Templates to structure your inventory in a way that is friendly to buyers.
Our goal is to help you turn Random Pulls with no information, which pushes new buyers away. If you are Fashion seller that sells Tops, Dress and Sneakers, you will want to end with something like 3 templates, one per type:
- Tops, Sizes XS to XL, Brands: A, B and C
- Dresses: Sizes XS to 2XL, Brands: A and B
- Sneakers: Sizes W5 to W10, Brands: D and E
How Templates are different from Temporary Listings
- Listings define a specific product, like a Shoe Model 1, Red, in an M12. With variants, you can add more sizes or colors, but they all represent that specific product.
- Templates represent a variety of products of the same type, like Tops or Dresses. Instead of creating one listing per specific product, you specify the size or color you are selling as you run
- Templates are built once, saved to your inventory, and reused across every future show. The more shows you run, the less setup you have to do.
Create a Template
- Tap on your Show > Add Products or through Seller Hub > Create Product. You should see a new option called Create Template.
- Select the product type you're selling (for example, Tops or Dresses).
- Select the common characteristics of the products you will sell through this listing, for instance, all the sizes you have available
- Complete Shipping Profile and Listing Details as with any other Auction listing
- Importantly, add to as many shows as you want to. Templates are meant to be reused
- Save it. Your changes are kept, so the next time you sell this product type, the Template is already set up
Add Templates to your show
- When setting up a new show, select Import from Inventory
- From the Inventory view, add the Templates you want to use. As with other Listings, Templates could be in any of the tabs (Active, Draft, Inactive) based on their status
Run a Template during your show
- When you're ready to sell an item, select the Template you're running (for example, Tops).
- As you start the auction, specify the details for that item (like size or brand) from the options saved in your Template.
- Once the item sells, as you start the next auction we will prompt you again to confirm which specific product from within this Template you are selling
- If you need to switch to a different template, you can use the bottom left Template switcher to quickly switch between the Templates you have added to this show
How do buyers see Templates?
On your Live Shop, buyers will see a new top section called Live Listings with the Templates available in your show, as well as the type of products in them, like the sizes you have included in the Template.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
What happened to Temporary listings?
As part of this experiment, we are removing Temporary Listings. If you need to create a quick Listing while live, you can do so through Create Listing, where while live Image and Description will be optional.
Can I edit a Template after adding it to a show?
Yes. Edits carry over to any show that hasn't gone live yet.
What if my exact size or brand isn't listed?
You can add it while setting up your Template, or on the spot while running your show through Edit Listing.
Is this available to me?
Templates are currently available to a limited group of Fashion sellers as part of an early experiment. We're expanding to more sellers and categories over time.
