Why a package may be returned
Most carriers include a return reason in the tracking history or on the package label.
Common reasons include:
The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
Postage was missing or insufficient
The package wasn’t picked up in time by the buyer
The buyer refused delivery
The delivery location wasn’t accessible
If the return was due to insufficient postage, review your product listings to make sure weight and dimensions are set up accurately for future shipments.
If the reason isn’t clear, check the tracking details or contact the carrier directly for more information.
