How to Submit an Appeal and Reply to a Review

Overview: This article explains how sellers can reply to or submit written reviews to be appealed by Whatnot. 

Buyer's are encouraged to leave honest feedback. However, we recognize some circumstances are beyond a seller's control.  Seller's are able to reply to reviews and address any feedback buyers have left. Seller's can also appeal reviews. Please note submitting an appeal does not guarantee a review will be removed from your account. We will not remove reviews over 30 days old except in limited circumstances. 

Appealing a Review 

  1. Select the Profile Icon in the bottom right corner

  2. Click the Reviews tab

  3. Locate the review you'd like to appeal and click the 3 dots in the corner of the review

  4. Select Report 
  5. Complete the report and hit Submit 

Reply to Reviews

  1. Select the Profile Icon in the bottom right corner 
  2. Click the Review tab
  3. Locate the review you'd like to reply to and click the 3 dots in the corner of the review
  4. Select reply
