If you sell on marketplaces like eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, or Depop, you can use Vendoo to import and cross-list your items to Whatnot.
Vendoo is a paid third-party cross-listing platform that connects Whatnot with multiple marketplaces, making it easier to manage and update listings across platforms.
Use the code whatnot50 for 50% off any Vendoo plan for your first six months.
Tip: For detailed setup instructions, visit Vendoo’s Help Center and start with How do I use Whatnot with Vendoo?
When should I use Vendoo?
Vendoo may be a good option if you:
- Sell on multiple platforms at the same time
- Want listings removed from other marketplaces when they sell
- Regularly update inventory across marketplaces
If you’re doing a one-time migration to Whatnot, you may prefer using our CSV bulk upload tool instead.
How it works
- Create a Vendoo account.
- Connect your marketplace account (like eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, or Depop).
- Connect your Whatnot account within Vendoo.
- Import your listings into Vendoo.
- Select the items you want to publish to Whatnot.
- Review and complete required Whatnot fields before publishing.
What transfers
Depending on your marketplace and listing setup, Vendoo may transfer:
- Title
- Description
- Price
- Photos
- Quantity
Before publishing on Whatnot, you’ll still need to confirm Whatnot-specific details, such as:
- Select the correct Whatnot category
- Add required condition details
- Review shipping settings
- Confirm listing accuracy
