Vacation Mode lets you pause purchases on listings from your shop when you're away or can’t ship within the 2-day window. Turn it on anytime to temporarily stop new orders outside of shows.
Note: Vacation Mode only pauses out-of-show orders. It doesn't apply to orders from shows, whether those are Auction or Buy It Now listings.
When you turn on vacation mode

Your out-of-show listings are temporarily hidden from your shop

Buyers will see an “On vacation” message when viewing your profile

You’ll need to turn Vacation Mode off before buyers purchase again
Turn Vacation Mode on
Note: You can only manage Vacation Mode from the Whatnot app, not on whatnot.com.

Tap Seller Hub at the bottom of the screen

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right
-
Scroll down and toggle Vacation Mode on
When you're ready, turn off Vacation mode by following the same steps.
