What are Seller Leaderboards?

Seller Leaderboards rank sellers in each category based on real-time performance, showing top shows across your region. Everyone in the same region sees the same rankings.

They help buyers find great sellers and feel confident joining, while giving sellers who deliver strong buyer experiences more visibility for their live shows. Buyers can use them to find new sellers and discover shows, while sellers can track performance and identify ways to improve.

Important: Seller Leaderboards are currently in pilot and aren’t available to all sellers or regions.

Live, Daily, Weekly Timeframes

Seller Leaderboards are calculated across three timeframes – hourly, daily, and weekly – highlighting top-performing shows at each interval. This keeps the leaderboard dynamic and reflects what’s trending in real time.

You can switch between timeframes at the top of any leaderboard page.

  • Live (Default) - Updates in real time and resets every hour. Live sellers only.
  • Daily - Rolling 24-hour window. All sellers (live or not)
  • Weekly - Rolling 7-day window. All sellers (live or not)

Tip: Rankings on the Live Leaderboard reset every hour, so even if you're not ranked right now, you have a chance every 60 minutes. Check the Daily or Weekly tab for a more stable picture of your performance.

How Rankings are Calculated

Sellers are ranked based on how well they perform across several factors, including:

  • Show sales (orders and revenue)
  • Viewership (how many people are watching and staying to watch)
  • Reliability (how well you fulfill orders)

The Leaderboard highlights sellers delivering great buyer experiences right now, not just those who have performed well in the past, giving both new and established sellers opportunities to be discovered.

Important: Sellers with a low Defect-Free Order Rate may be excluded from Leaderboard rankings. Keeping your Defect-Free Order Rate high, found under Account Health in the Seller Hub, is essential to remain eligible. This means fulfilling orders without issues that lead to cancellations or refunds.

How to Improve your Ranking

The best things you can do to improve your ranking are:

  • Keep your Account Health Defect-Free Order Rate as high as possible; this means focusing on accurate listings and in-live descriptions, quality packaging, and timely fulfillment
  • Go live consistently; the Live leaderboard shows sellers who are currently streaming
  • Keep viewers engaged to drive more sales in your shows

Tip: Celebrate when you hit the top of a leaderboard and share it with your audience! It's a great way to build momentum and attract new buyers. During your show, be sure to check the Leaderboard in real-time.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Why does my ranking keep changing?

The Live Leaderboard updates in real time and resets at the top of every hour, so rankings change frequently. This keeps the experience fresh for buyers and gives more sellers the opportunity to be featured.

If you're looking at the Daily or Weekly leaderboard, those update on a rolling 24-hour or 7-day basis, so changes there are more gradual.

Why is another seller ranked above me even though I feel like I'm performing better?

Rankings are based on a combination of signals, not any single metric. A seller who is ranked above you may have stronger viewership, more completed orders this hour, better fulfillment scores, or a combination of these factors. Current viewer count alone isn’t the only factor.

I was ranked earlier but now I'm not on the list. What happened?

If you were on the Live Leaderboard, keep in mind that rankings update in real time and reset every hour. Your position can shift as activity changes throughout the current time window.

Check the Daily or Weekly leaderboard for a more stable view of your recent performance.

Does everyone see the same leaderboard as me?

Yes, every buyer and seller in your region sees the same rankings. This makes it a reliable reference for who's performing best in a category right now.

I'm not showing up on the leaderboard. Why?

There are a few reasons a seller might not appear:

  • For the Live leaderboard, you must be actively streaming
  • Surprise Set show performance does not count toward leaderboard rankings
  • Having a low Defect-Free Order Rate

Can my ranking be adjusted or appealed?

No, rankings are driven entirely by your real performance data — we don't manually adjust individual rankings.
