1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Whatnot, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on October 24, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on October 25, 2025.
3. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
There are two ways to enter:
a) Purchase Entry: Make any purchase from a participating Whatnot show tagged "Go for Gold" during the Sweepstakes Period. You will be automatically entered upon completion of your purchase.
b) Free Entry: Complete the entry form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd0EFSnLcvDgopl4eHIOzSBIPCXKAdeGSSI4dH6SjaJpSFZGw/viewform with your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and Whatnot account name.
4. Entry Restrictions
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered. Entrants must have a valid Whatnot account to be eligible to win.
5. Prize
One (1) 2025 MS-70 1 oz. American Gold Eagle. Approximate retail value: $4500. Prize will be shipped to winner’s default Whatnot shipping address or other address as provided in the entry form within thirty (30) days of winner selection.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified within five (5) business days of selection at the email linked to their Whatnot account or used in their submission form.
7. Winner Requirements
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must have an active Whatnot account in good standing to receive the prize.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
