First-Time Buyer Coupons - Terms & Conditions

Whatnot may offer Coupons to certain first-time buyers for a discount on their first livestream purchase. All such First-Time Buyer Coupons (also referred to herein as “Coupons”) and the use thereof are subject to Whatnot’s Terms of Service (the “Terms”), which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. 

The First-Time Buyer Coupon program is offered directly by Whatnot. First-Time Buyer Coupons are offered under a separate program than Seller Coupons, and these Terms & Conditions do not apply to or relate to Seller Coupons. Sellers are not deducted for the cost of First-Time Buyer Coupons. 

How to Redeem A First-Time Buyer Coupon

You are eligible for a First-Time Buyer Coupon if you are notified that you have received a Coupon. The Coupon will automatically be available for use. To verify, enter a live show, tap the Wallet icon, and note the Coupon details. The coupon will apply to your first eligible purchase in a livestream prior to the expiration time and date listed in your Coupon notification(s).

Limitations and Rules

• Coupon eligibility is determined by Whatnot in its sole discretion. Not every first-time buyer will be eligible for a Coupon.
• Each Coupon is a limited time offer subject to availability.
• Expiration date and time, including total expiration period, may vary among users and Coupons.
• Coupons only apply to eligible items that are offered for sale in USD-based livestreams on the App.
• Coupons may be applied to only one purchased item in a livestream.
• Each Coupon may only be used once per eligible person.
• Coupon use is limited to registered App users who are logged into their App accounts, who have been notified that they have received a Coupon, and who have not yet made a live purchase on the App. 
• Coupon offers can terminate at any time, including before the stated offer end date, for any reason, including but not limited to Coupon budget limitations. When an offer is no longer available, the Coupon will no longer work on the App. 
• The Coupon applies to the purchase price for the eligible item excluding any shipping, handling, taxes or fees.
• If you are eligible for a refund in accordance with the Terms, any refund you may receive will not include the Coupon or its redemption value. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards your purchase, and you will not be able to reuse the applicable Coupon.
• Coupons are non-transferable.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, rebates, or other promotions.
• Each Coupon is subject to applicable laws, void where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, and has no face value.
• Any currency displayed on a Coupon will be in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated on the Coupon.
• These Terms & Conditions are subject to change by Whatnot at any time without notice.
