Weekly Bundling lets buyers combine multiple purchases from the same seller into one shipment each week.
It’s available to sellers in Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, and the UK. Both you and the buyer need to turn on Weekly Bundling for purchases to be bundled.

How Weekly Bundling works
When you and a buyer both have Weekly Bundling turned on, purchases they make from you throughout the week are grouped into one shipment.
Weekly Bundling applies to purchases made during shows, through marketplace, and with Buy It Now.
Weekly Bundles close every Sunday at midnight local time. Purchases made after midnight are added to the following week’s bundle.
You can generate a shipping label before Sunday, but generating the label closes the bundle. Any additional eligible purchases from that buyer will start a new bundle.
Buyers who don’t turn on Weekly Bundling are unaffected. Continue shipping their orders as usual, within two business days of the order.
Turn on Weekly Bundling
Weekly Bundling is an account-level setting. Once you turn it on, it applies to eligible purchases across all your in-show and out-of-show orders.
To turn it on:
- From whatnot.com, open the Shipments page in Seller Hub.
- Open the sidebar and scroll to Weekly Bundling.
- Toggle Weekly Bundling on.
Buyers also need to turn on Weekly Bundling for their purchases to be bundled.
Manage and ship Weekly Bundles
Your shipping workflow will depend on whether a buyer is using Weekly Bundling.
After each show
- Ship standard orders
Continue shipping orders from buyers who aren’t using Weekly Bundling as usual.
- From whatnot.com, open the Shipments page in Seller Hub.
- Generate labels for your standard orders.
- Skip open Weekly Bundles when generating labels.
Standard orders must be shipped within two business days of the order.
2. Hold open Weekly Bundles
Set aside purchases that are part of an open Weekly Bundle and store them securely until the bundle is ready to ship.
Don’t generate a label until you’re ready to close and ship the bundle. Generating a label closes the Weekly Bundle.
After bundles close
Weekly Bundles automatically close at midnight local time on Sunday.
Closed bundles must be shipped within two business days of the bundle closing, by the end of Tuesday.
To find your Weekly Bundles:
- Go to Shipments.
- Select All Shows & Marketplace.
- Select Only Show Weekly Bundles from the filter.
This view shows both open and closed Weekly Bundles. To see only closed bundles that need a label, select Needs Label. Closed bundles appear in orange.
We recommend generating labels for closed Weekly Bundles on Monday morning before you start selling again. This makes it easier to distinguish between bundles from the previous week and new, active bundles.
Select your closed bundles and bulk generate your labels. Packing slips will be generated once you create the shipping labels.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
What happens if a buyer turns on Weekly Bundling after making a purchase?
If they turn it on and then make another purchase during the same show, all purchases from that show will be bundled.
If they turn it on but don’t make another purchase during that show, their first purchase won’t be included in the Weekly Bundle. Purchases from subsequent shows will be bundled.
Does Weekly Bundling mean free shipping after the first order or giveaway win?
Not necessarily. Buyers pay for one shipment, but additional shipping charges may apply if their purchases move the shipment into a higher weight class.
For example, if additional purchases increase the total shipment weight from 500g to 1kg, the buyer will pay the difference in shipping cost.
What happens if a buyer changes their shipping address?
A new bundle will be created for purchases made using the new address. Earlier purchases will still be shipped to the original address.
When will I receive my payout if I have Early Payout?
Sellers with Early Payout receive their payout when the shipping label is generated. For Weekly Bundles, you’ll generate the label once the bundle is ready to close and ship.
I turned on Weekly Bundling, but buyers can’t use it. What should I check?
Make sure you turned on Weekly Bundling for your seller account, not only as a buyer.
Can I choose a different bundle close day?
No. Weekly Bundles currently close every Sunday at midnight based on the seller’s local time.
What happens if I generate a label in the middle of the week?
Generating a label closes the Weekly Bundle, and you should ship it within two business days.
If the buyer makes additional purchases from you later that week, those purchases will start a new bundle. The buyer's shipping charges will reset for the new bundle.
What countries are eligible for buyer opt-in?
All countries except France and Belgium. Learn more about Weekly Bundling for buyers.
Will Weekly Bundling impact my shipping time?
No. For weekly bundled orders, the ship time is calculated from the bundle close time, not the original purchase date.
Will marketplace orders also get bundled with livestream orders?
Yes, as long as the seller and buyer are both opted in and the purchase occurs within the same week as other orders.
What happens if I’m streaming past Sunday at midnight (local time)?
All orders placed after midnight local time will count toward the next week’s bundle.
