The Verified Brand badge shows buyers that they’re shopping directly with the brand that makes the product.
Who can get the badge
The Verified Brands badge is reserved for brands that own the product lines they sell, including the product name and design. This ensures buyers are buying directly from the source.
Sellers who resell, distribute, or source products made by another company are not eligible for the badge.
How to apply
You can apply for a Verified Brands badge here.
In the application, we’ll ask for details about your brand and business, including EIN/TIN, your brand’s website, trademark registration numbers, and information about the size and scale of your business.
Our team reviews each application individually. Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee approval.
Once you have the badge, you agree to keep meeting the Verified Brand eligibility requirements for as long as you hold it. If your business model changes, let us know.
Whatnot may ask you at any time for documentation showing that you manufacture your products and hold the rights to them. We remove badges from sellers who no longer meet these requirements or who don't provide the requested documentation.
