Challenge Overview

The Whatnot Coin Show Bonus Challenge is a limited-time challenge where a randomly selected group of eligible sellers can earn a cash bonus by (1) reaching a selected sales goal, (2) going live for at least 3 hours, and (3) selling to 10 unique buyers during the challenge period (11:59pm on September 2, 2026 through 11:59pm on September 5, 2026, based on a seller’s local timezone). 

Sellers can choose from three challenge tiers:

• Bronze: Make $4,000 in sales, earn a $200 bonus
• Silver: Make $5,500 in sales, earn a $300 bonus
• Gold: Make $7,500 in sales, earn a $450 bonus

How It Works

• Select Your Challenge: Open the Whatnot app during the challenge period to see your invitation and select a challenge. You will not be able to opt in until the challenge is live at 11:59pm on September 2, 2026.
• Choose Your Goal: You’ll have three sales goals to choose from (outlined above), each with its own cash bonus.
• Once selected, your goal cannot be changed. You can opt in at any point during the challenge period, but all challenges end at 11:59pm on September 5, 2026, regardless of when you opt in.
• Go Live and  Sell: To earn your bonus, you must complete the following within the challenge period:
  • Go live for at least 3 total hours
  • Reach your selected sales goal
  • Sell to 10 unique buyers
  • Ship all orders from those sales
• Get Rewarded: Once all requirements are met, your cash bonus will be paid to your seller balance. You’ll receive an email when your payout is on its way.

How to Track Progress

You can monitor your challenge progress directly in the app:

• Tap the Whatnot Coin Show banner on your Seller Hub or Home Feed, or the progress widget available during your live show
• View your current sales, livestream hours, and unique buyer count in one place

Example Scenarios

Here are a few examples of how the bonus challenge works. For illustration, assume the following sales goals and bonuses (USD):

• Bronze: Make $4,000 in sales, earn a $200 bonus
• Silver: Make $5,500 in sales, earn a $300 bonus
• Gold: Make $7,500 in sales, earn a $450 bonus

You must also go live for at least 3 hours, sell to 10 unique buyers and ship all orders.

Example 1: You complete your selected Silver goal

• You select the $5,500 goal, go live for 3 hours, sell to 11 unique buyers, and make $5,600 in sales
• ✅ You’ll earn the $300 bonus once all your orders are shipped

Example 2-A: You don’t reach your selected Silver goal

• You select the $5,500 goal but only reach $5,000 in sales
• ❌ You won’t earn a bonus. Even though you surpassed the $4,000 Bronze goal, you’re only eligible for the bonus tied to the goal you selected

Example 2-B: You don’t reach your selected Silver goal

• You select the $5,500 goal, reach $5,500 in sales but only go live for 2 hours and sell to 9 unique buyers
• ❌ You won’t earn a bonus. Even though you achieved the $5,500 sales goal, you did not meet the additional requirements of going live for 3 hours and selling to 10 unique buyers

Example 3: You haven’t shipped all orders 

• You meet your sales, livestream and unique buyer requirements, but one order hasn’t shipped
• ❌ You won’t receive your payout until all orders are shipped

Getting Paid

• Your bonus will be paid in cash to your Whatnot account balance
• Bonuses are typically available within 14 days after all qualifying orders are shipped, at which point you can initiate a payout to your bank account
• Once funds are available, go to Seller Hub > Payouts > Start Payout to transfer the funds to your bank account
• You’ll receive an email when your payout is issued.
• Bonuses will appear in your ledger as “Whatnot Coin Show Bonus Challenge”

Eligibility

To qualify, you must:

• Receive an in-app invitation for the challenge
• Complete all challenge requirements within the challenge period

Exclusions

The following do not count toward your challenge requirements:

1. Sales made in private livestreams
2. Local pickup orders
3. Orders placed outside of live shows (aka “Marketplace” orders)
4. Giveaways

When will I get paid?

Your bonus will typically be added to your Whatnot balance within 14 days after all qualifying orders are shipped.

Why isn’t my bonus in my bank account?

Bonuses are added to your Whatnot balance and aren't automatically transferred to your bank account. 

To transfer your funds, go to Seller Hub > Payouts > Start Payout. 

Terms & Conditions

The Whatnot Coin Show Bonus Challenge (the “Offer”) is designed to give sellers a way to be rewarded during events. The Offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Sales Eligibility. In order for your sales to qualify for the Offer, they must be made during livestreams in which you have completed an auction or BIN sale. Please track sales progress on the incentive banner in the mobile app (each sale that meets the criteria in this paragraph, an “Eligible Sale”). Please note, local pick-up orders, orders made in private livestreams and giveaways are not eligible for this incentive.

Offer. For eligible sellers who meet all Qualification Requirements, Whatnot will provide the fixed cash bonus corresponding to the sales tier they selected, as stated in-app (exclusive of taxes and fees),beginning as the offer is surfaced to the seller (via email, push notification, or in app) granted and ending exactly after the stated timeline in-app. 

Limitations. Rewards will be credited to the accounts of Eligible Sellers within 14 days following the end of the bonus period, provided shipment of the items corresponding to the respective Eligible Sales. This timeline may be delayed in Whatnot’s sole discretion, including if, for example, Whatnot determines that there is indicia of fraud or a violation of these Terms & Conditions or Whatnot’s Terms of Service. The reward, when combined with the value received from all other offers in the current calendar year, may not exceed $1,500 per household per year. In the event that Whatnot determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms and Conditions, or a violation of the Whatnot Terms of Service, Whatnot reserves the right to either decline to grant the rewards, or to rescind the applicable rewards. Whatnot cannot provide information about someone else’s account. Whatnot reserves the right to decline to grant or rescind a reward if Whatnot determines in its sole discretion that there are images or speech in connection with the referrer's live streams that are inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or violate the Whatnot Community Guidelines or Terms of Service; or infringes on Whatnot's intellectual property rights, constitutes a domain name, creates the potential for confusion as to whether the page or content in question is Whatnot’s, or is otherwise improper. Whatnot reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers. 

Taxes. All taxes related to this offer are the customer’s sole responsibility.
