Rewards Club is Whatnot's loyalty program that lets you unlock rewards such as coupons, exclusive show access, membership badges, and more from participating sellers.

Each seller creates their own Rewards Club program with unique achievements and rewards. 

As you complete achievements throughout a three-month season, you'll unlock membership tiers and earn rewards.

How Rewards Club works

Each participating seller creates their own Rewards Club program with unique achievements and rewards. Progress is tracked separately for each seller and resets at the end of each season.

As you complete achievements, you'll unlock five membership tiers:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum
  • Diamond

Each tier unlocks new rewards. 

Because every seller manages their own Rewards Club, achievements and rewards may vary from one seller to another. 

You can participate in multiple Rewards Clubs at the same time.

How do I join?

You'll automatically join a seller's Rewards Club when you make your first qualifying purchase from that seller. 

To view a seller's Rewards Club program details, click or tap the crown icon  crown icon while you're in their show.

If you don't see a crown icon, that seller doesn't currently have a Rewards Club program.

How do I earn progress?

Sellers can choose from three achievement types:

  • Shows watched: Watch a participating seller's show for at least 10 consecutive minutes to receive credit for one show watched. This achievement is only available for Bronze.
  • Purchases completed: Each item you purchase from a participating seller counts toward your progress. If you purchase multiple items in a single show or transaction, each item counts toward your progress.
  • Amount spent: Your progress is based on the subtotal of your purchases from a participating seller. Taxes, shipping costs, processing fees, and discounts don't count toward spend-based achievements. If you unlock a new tier with a single purchase, any excess spending from that purchase doesn't count toward the next tier.

To unlock Bronze, you only need to complete one eligible achievement selected by the seller.

To unlock Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, you must complete all achievement requirements assigned to that tier.

How do I check my progress? 

To check your progress within a seller's Rewards Program:

  • Tap or click the crown icon crown icon while you're in their show

From there, you can view: 

  • Your current tier
  • Progress toward the next tier
  • Available rewards 
  • Earned and redeemed coupons

What rewards can I earn?

Sellers customize their own programs, so rewards vary by seller and tier.

Available rewards may include:

  • Coupons: Percentage-off or amount-off discounts that can be applied to eligible purchases.
  • Exclusive shows: Access to shows available only to members who have reached a specific tier or higher.
  • Membership badges: Badges that display your Rewards Club status when you join that seller's shows. Because Rewards Club is managed separately by each seller, badge designs may vary between communities.
  • Free shipping: Free shipping on eligible purchases from participating sellers.

Redeem a Rewards Club coupon 

Once you've unlocked Bronze tier, you can view your available coupons by tapping the crown icon while you're in that seller's show.

Rewards Club coupons can only be used with the seller who issued them.

To redeem your coupon:

  1. Join a participating seller's show.
  2. Tap the crown icon crown icon.
  3. Select the coupon you'd like to use.
  4. Tap Redeem.

The coupon will automatically be added to your wallet and applied to your next eligible purchase with that seller.

If you place a losing bid while a coupon is active, the coupon won't be used and will remain available.

Keep in mind:

  • Only one coupon can be used per purchase, and coupons can't be combined with other coupons.
  • Coupons can't be applied when making an offer.
  • Coupons aren't applied when purchasing multiple quantities of an item.
  • Amount-off coupons can't be split across multiple purchases. If a coupon's value exceeds your purchase amount, the remaining value is forfeited.
  • All purchases made using a Rewards Club coupon are final and not eligible for refunds.

Hide your membership badge

If you'd prefer not to display your Rewards Club badge, you can turn it off in your Account Settings.

  1. Open the Whatnot app or whatnot.com
  2. Go to Account 
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Turn off Display Rewards Club Status

How seasons work

Rewards Club runs in recurring three-month seasons.

At the end of each season:

  • Progress resets for all members, except Diamond members, who begin the next season at Gold with that seller.
  • Membership badges reset.
  • Rewards from the previous season begin to expire.
  • Eligible coupons remain available during a five-day grace period.

Coupon grace period

As soon as a season ends, eligible coupons remain available for exactly 5 days (120 hours). Any unused coupons will automatically expire when the grace period ends.

Any purchases made during the grace period count toward progress in the new season, provided the seller has another active Rewards Club program.


Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Can I join more than one Rewards Club?

Yes. You can participate in as many Rewards Clubs as you'd like.

Do all sellers offer the same rewards?

No. Each seller chooses their own achievements and rewards. 

Do my Rewards Club tiers carry over to the next season?

No. Rewards Club progress resets at the end of each season. 

Diamond members are the exception and begin the next season at Gold with that seller, assuming the seller offers another Rewards Program the following season. 

Can I use a Rewards Club coupon with any seller?

No. Rewards Club coupons can only be redeemed with the seller who issued them.

Why did my Rewards Club coupon disappear?

Rewards Club coupons expire at the end of the five-day grace period following a season reset. 

If your coupon isn't used before the grace period ended, it's automatically removed from your account.

Can I split a coupon across multiple purchases?

No. Amount-off coupons can only be used on a single purchase.

For example, if you have a 10 coupon and use it on a 7 purchase, the remaining 3 is forfeited and can't be applied to a future purchase.
