Need help? The fastest way to request support is through the Whatnot app. 

Choose the option that best matches what you need help with:

I need help with a purchase 

Every purchase on Whatnot is backed by Buyer Protection. 

If there's an issue with an item you purchased, report it from the order details page:

1. From the app or whatnot.com, open Activity
2. Select Purchases
3. Select your order
4. Tap Get help with this purchase
5. Select the option that best matches your issue and attach any relevant photos or screenshots

We'll guide you through the next steps based on your issue. 

Depending on the situation, the seller may be able to help directly. If additional support is needed, you can escalate the issue to Whatnot Support.

I need help with an order I sold

To get help with a specific order you've sold: 

1. From the app or whatnot.com, open Seller Hub
2. Select Orders
3. Choose the order
4. Tap Get help with this order
5. Select the option that best matches your issue

You may see Whatbot first, our virtual support assistant. It can answer common questions, gather details about your issue, and help connect you with our team. 

I need help with my account or something else

1. From the app, open Account
2. Scroll and tap Contact Us
3. Select the option that best matches your issue

What happens after I contact Whatnot support?

Once your request reaches Whatnot Support:

• You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number
• Our team typically responds within 48 hours, often sooner
• You can reply directly to the support email to continue the conversation

If you don't see our email, check your spam folder or search your inbox for "Whatnot Support."
