How to get help:

I need help with a purchase
Every purchase on Whatnot is backed by Buyer Protection.
If there's an issue with a purchase, report it from the order details page:
- From the app or whatnot.com, open Activity
.
- Select Purchases.
- Select your order.
- Tap Get help with this purchase.
- Select the option that best matches your issue.
- Attach any relevant photos or screenshots.
Depending on the situation, your seller may be able to resolve the issue directly. If not, we'll automatically review your case, or you can choose to escalate it to our Support team.
Note: To remain eligible for Buyer Protection, most purchase issues need to be reported within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever comes first. Some categories have shorter timelines.
When you open your order details by following the steps above, we'll show you exactly how much time you have left to remain eligible for a refund.
I need help with an order I sold
To get help with an order you've sold:
- From the app or whatnot.com, open Seller Hub
- Select Orders
- Choose the order
- Tap Get help with this order
- Select the option that best matches your issue
In some cases, Whatbot, our virtual assistant, may be your first point of contact. Whatbot can answer common questions, gather details, and connect you with our Support team.
I need help with my account or something else
- From the app, open Account
- Scroll and tap Contact Us
- Select the option that best matches your issue
Need to report a profile or listing? If you notice content or behavior that may violate our Community Guidelines, you can submit a report to our Trust & Safety team.
What happens after I contact support?
Once your request reaches Whatnot Support:
- You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number
- A member of our team will respond within 48 hours, usually sooner
- Reply directly to the email to continue the conversation
If you don't see our email, check your spam folder or search your inbox for "Whatnot Support."
