Show management features give you and your team real-time visibility into your viewers, sales, and chat, helping you engage with your audience and stay on top of important updates while you're live. 

With show management you can:

  • Viewer list: See who’s watching your show and key actions they take.
  • Show stats: Track orders and sales in real time.
  • Chat filters: Quickly surface important messages.



Show management features are available on the app (iOS and Android) and whatnot.com.

Access depends on your role as a host, co-host, or moderator.

Viewer list

The viewer list shows who’s currently in your show and highlights key actions viewers take. This helps you get real-time insights into your audience and tailor your interactions to them. 

Who can access: Hosts, co-hosts, and moderators

What you can see: 

  • Watching: Sort by Friends, Host and Mods, and Top Buyers
  • Activity: Raids, new followers, tips, auction wins, purchases

Check viewer list on the app: 

  1. During your show, tap the viewer count in the upper-right corner.
  2. Switch between the Watching and Activity tabs. 

Check viewer list on web:

  • Use the Watching and Activity tabs in the right sidebar.

Tip: Select the @ button next to a username to tag that viewer in chat.


Show stats

Show stats display your real-time estimated order and sales totals without leaving the show. This helps you monitor performance as you go. No need to open Seller Hub or calculate totals manually.

Who can access: Hosts and co-hosts

What you can track: 

  • Estimated gross sales
  • Estimated order count
  • Show time duration
  • Show shares

View show stats on the app: 

  1. Tap the viewer count in the upper-right corner during your show.
  2. Your show stats appear just above your viewer list. 

View show stats on web: 

  • Show stats appear at the top right-hand sidebar during your show.

Tip: Check the Activity tab in your viewer list to see who made purchases.


Chat filters

Chat filters help you find important messages quickly in a fast-moving chat and maintain control of the conversation during busy shows.

Who can access: Sellers, co-hosts, and moderators

Available chat filters: 

Tip: Questions are also highlighted in yellow in the chat to make them easier to spot.

Use chat filters on the app: 

  1. Above the chat panel, tap the caret (^) in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap filter you want to apply.

Use chat filters on web: 

  • Select a filter from the Chat tab in the right sidebar.
