On Friday, June 12th, 2026, we’re dropping seller commission to 2% on all live and marketplace sales within the promotional period (12:00 AM - 11:59PM, based on a seller’s local time).
How long does this promo run?
The promotion period is localized to your timezone (determined by your home address and aligned to your state’s primary timezone) and will run from 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM on June 12, 2026.
Who is this promotion available to?
This is a global event, meaning all Whatnot sellers will receive 2% seller commission.
Will payment processing fees be discounted too?
No, this promotion only applies to commission. Sellers will still pay the standard payment processing fee for each transaction.
How long does this promo run?
The promotion period will run for 24 hours from the start date & time in your country (see above)
How do I participate?
To take advantage of this promo, schedule shows for June 12th and go live during the promotion period.
Can I go live more than once during the promotion period?
Yes, you can schedule as many shows as you’d like during the promotion period.
Do I need to do anything to redeem this promotion?
No, 2% commission will automatically be applied to all eligible sales (see below) during the promotion period.
What sales are eligible for the promotion?
The promotion applies to all live and marketplace sales within the promotional period. When you schedule or start your show does not impact if this promotion will apply to a sale — the only thing that matters is when each individual listing’s purchase is processed.
If a customer submits an ‘Offer’ on a listing prior to the start of the promotion and you accept the offer within the promotion period, the promotion will not be valid. This promotion only applies to ‘Offers’ that are both submitted by the customer and accepted by the seller within the promotion period.
This promotion only applies to commission, it does not apply to payment processing fees. Payment processing fees will remain the same.
