Exclusive Offer: $/£/€150 Cash Match for New Sellers

New sellers who sign up as a first time seller are eligible to receive a one time promotional bonus of up to $/£/€150 in matched earnings from livestream sales generated in the first 7 days of registering. Details and requirements for eligibility are as follows:

• Incentive only applies to sales made in a livestream on Whatnot, they can be either Buy It Now or Auction sales. Stream hours may also be split across multiple streams. (Please note, Private show sales do not count as an eligible sale towards this incentive)
• Sellers must stream a minimum of 2 hours with in 7 days of receiving live access (Note: The 7-day time limit begins immediately after you receive live access)
• Sellers must sell to minimum of 5 unique buyers with in 7 days of receiving live access
• Whatnot will match up to $/£/€150 in eligible earnings. (Please note, local pick-up orders are not eligible for this incentive)
• Payment will be added to seller account 7 days after the last eligible order has been shipped.

Terms & Conditions

The Cash Match for New Sellers promotion (the “Offer”) is designed to give sellers who are new to the Whatnot community a way to be rewarded and encouraged as they make their first sales on Whatnot. The Offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Sales Eligibility. In order for your sales to qualify for the Offer, they must be made during livestreams  in which you have completed an auction or BIN sale. Please track sales progress on the incentive banner in mobile app (each sale that meets the criteria in this paragraph, an “Eligible Sale”). Please note, local pick-up orders are not eligible for this incentive.

Offer. For eligible sellers, Whatnot will provide $/£/€1.00 in cash for each eligible $/£/€1.00 earned (exclusive of taxes and fees), up to $/£/€150.00, beginning as soon as live access is granted and ending exactly 7 days later. 

Limitations. Rewards will be credited to the accounts of Eligible New Sellers within 45 days following delivery of the item corresponding to the respective Eligible Sale. This timeline may be delayed in Whatnot’s sole discretion, including if, for example, Whatnot determines that there is indicia of fraud or a violation of these Terms & Conditions or Whatnot’s Terms of Service. The reward, when combined with the value received from all other offers in the current calendar year, may not exceed $/£/€1,500 per household per year. In the event that Whatnot determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms and Conditions, or a violation of the Whatnot Terms of Service in connection with the offer or the Eligible New User account, Whatnot reserves the right to either decline to grant the rewards, or to rescind the applicable rewards. Limit one Offer per qualified Eligible New User. Whatnot cannot provide information about someone else’s account. Whatnot reserves the right to decline to grant or rescind a reward if Whatnot determines in its sole discretion that there are images or speech in connection with the referrer's live streams that are inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or violate the Whatnot Community Guidelines or Terms of Service; or infringes on Whatnot's intellectual property rights, constitutes a domain name, creates the potential for confusion as to whether the page or content in question is Whatnot’s, or is otherwise improper. Whatnot reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers. The offer is only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Taxes. All taxes related to this offer are the customer’s sole responsibility.
