In select livestream categories, you can add a brand tag to a show when you create your show to increase discoverability based on brand information. We currently allow sellers to tag 1 primary brand to each show. If there are additional brands, based on brand data within your show’s product listings, we will automatically tag additional brands to the show for improved visibility.
Users will be able to discover your show under different shelves, feeds, and search related to top brands in each category, making it easier for your buyers to find shows based on their specific brand interests.
Brand tag quality: Please make sure that the brand tag you select accurately describes your show and product listings or Whatnot will take actions that may impact your selling status on the platform.
FAQs
What if I have multiple brands in one show?
We allow all sellers to add a primary brand tag when they create a show. If a show has additional brands in the show, we will automatically tag additional brands based on the number of products listed to each show associated with a separate brand.
How do I request a brand I don’t see?
When you create a show, you will see the Primary Brand section. When you click to add in a brand, there will be an open form to submit brand requests so they can appear for the future.
How will buyers find my show based on its brand?
Buyers will be able to see shows associated with top brands in each category feed. In addition, they can search for brands and see shows tagged with those brands. In addition, accurate brand data in product listings help improve your discoverability to the right buyers with that brand interest in feed ranking.
