1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Whatnot, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on January 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on January 18, 2026.
3. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Enter automatically by hosting at least one live stream during each day from January 16, 2026 to January 18, 2026.
4. Entry Restrictions
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants must have a valid Whatnot account to be eligible to win.
5. Prize
One (1) gold Indian coin in MS63CAC. Approximate retail value: $2300. Prize will be shipped to winner’s default Whatnot shipping address within sixty (60) days of winner selection.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified within seven (7) business days of selection at the email linked to their Whatnot account.
7. Winner Requirements
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must have an active Whatnot account in good standing to receive the prize.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
