After you make a purchase, you can check your order status and any available tracking updates from your order details page in the Whatnot app or on whatnot.com.
We’ll keep you updated as your item moves through each step, and if something goes wrong, every purchase on Whatnot is covered by Buyer Protection Policy.

Check your order status
Your order status shows where your item is in the process.
You may see updates like:
Preparing package
Label created
Shipped
Pending Review
Even if carrier tracking isn’t available you’ll still see progress updates from Whatnot.
Check order status in app
- Open the Whatnot app.
- Tap Activity.
- From the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Check the status at the top of the screen.

- From whatnot.com, click the Activity icon in the top right.
- In the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Check the status at the top of the screen.
Track your package with the shipping carrier
If your shipping service includes tracking updates, you can open the carrier’s tracking page directly from your order details in Whatnot.
You may also see an estimated delivery date when available.
Keep in mind:
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.
Some shipping services (like USPS First-Class Mail) may not offer carrier tracking.
Track package from the app
- Open the Whatnot app.
- Tap Activity.
- From the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Scroll down and tap Track your purchase.

- From whatnot.com, click the Activity icon in the top right.
- In the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Click Track your purchase.
If your order is delayed or missing
If something doesn't arrive on time, you can get help with a delayed or missing package directly from your order details.
Every purchase on Whatnot is covered by Buyer Protection. We’ll review your case and work toward a resolution.
