After you make a purchase, check your order status and any available tracking updates from your order details in the Whatnot app or on whatnot.com.

Check your order status
You can find the latest updates for your order in your order details.
You may see statuses like:
Preparing Package
Label Created
Shipped
Pending Review
Even if carrier tracking isn’t available you’ll still see progress updates from Whatnot.
Check order status in app
- Open the Whatnot app.
- Tap Activity.
- From the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Check the status at the top of the screen.

- From whatnot.com, click the Activity icon in the top right.
- In the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Check the status at the top of the screen.
Tip: If a seller scans your package in the Whatnot app at drop-off, you'll see a confirmation photo in your order details. Don't see a photo? That's okay. Sellers aren't required to scan packages in the app, and you'll still receive tracking updates as the carrier processes your package.
Track your package with the shipping carrier
If your order's shipping service includes tracking, you can open the carrier's tracking page directly from your order details.
When available, you'll also see an estimated delivery date.
Keep in mind:
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after a the shipping label is created.
Some shipping services, like USPS First-Class Mail, may not offer carrier tracking.
Track package from the app
- Open the Whatnot app.
- Tap Activity.
- From the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Scroll down and tap Track your purchase.

- From whatnot.com, click the Activity icon in the top right.
- In the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Click Track your purchase.
If your order is delayed or missing
If your item doesn't arrive as expected, get help with a delayed or missing package from your order details.
