After you make a purchase, you can check your order status and any available tracking updates in the Whatnot app or on whatnot.com.
Your order details page shows:
Order status: Updates from Whatnot about what’s happening with your item (e.g. Preparing Package, Label Created, Shipping, Delivered).
Carrier tracking: Updates from the shipping carrier once they scan the package, if the shipping service is trackable.

Check your order status on Whatnot
Order status shows whether your item is being prepared, in transit, or delivered and pending review.
Even if carrier tracking isn’t available, you’ll still see progress updates in Whatnot.
Check order status in app
- Open the Whatnot app.
- Tap Activity.
- From the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Check the status at the top of the screen.

- From whatnot.com, click the Activity icon in the top right.
- In the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Check the status at the top of the screen.
Track your package with the shipping carrier
If carrier tracking is available, you can open their tracking page directly from Whatnot.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.
Some shipping services (like USPS First-Class Mail) may offer limited tracking updates.
Track package from the app
- Open the Whatnot app.
- Tap Activity.
- From the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Scroll down and tap Track your purchase.

- From whatnot.com, click the Activity icon in the top right.
- In the Purchases tab, find and select the item.
- Click Track your purchase.
If your order is delayed or missing
If your order hasn’t arrived or tracking hasn’t updated, you can get help with a delayed or missing package.
