How do I qualify?
You’re eligible if:

- You’re using the Whatnot iOS or Android app
- You’re making your first purchase on Whatnot
- You’re within 60 days of sign-up
- You didn’t sign up with referral link
The credit covers up to $25 in shipping costs.
How does it work?
- The free shipping credit applies to your first purchase on Whatnot, whether that’s in or out of a show.
- If shipping exceeds $25, you’ll receive a $25 credit and pay the remaining balance.
- If you place multiple orders with the same seller before shipment, the credit can apply to bundled shipping (up to $25 total).
- The credit expires 60 days after signup if unused.
Eligible buyers may see “Free Shipping” highlighted throughout the app, including in Discovery, live shows, pinned listings, and Buy It Now checkout.
