How can sellers check their eligibility status to sell in Gated Categories?
- Sellers can check their eligibility status to sell in Gated Categories through Seller Status in the Whatnot mobile app. Here’s how to navigate to Seller Status:

- Tap the “Seller Hub” in the lower middle of the screen
- Tap the three lines menu in the upper right corner.
- Scroll to “Settings” and tap “Seller Status.”

- Tap “Profile” in the lower right corner.
- Tap the two lines menu in the upper right corner.
- Scroll to “Selling” and tap “Seller Status.”

Can viewers in my show see whether I have access to sell in Gated Categories?
- A viewer can see whether a seller has access to sell in Gated Categories by tapping the seller’s username in a livestream and tapping “Report.” Buyers will see a section labeled “Seller’s Category Permissions” that shows which Gated Categories a seller has access to sell in. Learn more here.
