If you mistakenly end your show before your ready, leave your show, or experience an issue mid-show, you can restart the show instead of creating a new one. Shows can be restarted for up to two hours after they end.
Restarting also preserves any unsold listings from the original show.
You can restart a show from Seller Hub in a web browser. If you continue to have issues, contact Whatnot Support.
To restart a show:
- From whatnot.com, click your account icon in the top right
- Open the Shows page in Seller Hub
- Under Past, find the show you want to restart and click Restart Show
- The show will move to the Upcoming section
- Start your show again when ready
