If you accidentally end your show before you’re ready, leave mid-show, or run into an issue, you can restart it instead of creating a new one. You have up to two hours after it ends to restart.
Restarting also preserves any unsold listings from the original show.
You can restart a show from Seller Hub on web.
To restart a show:
- From whatnot.com, click your account icon in the top right
- Open the Shows page in Seller Hub
- Under Past, find the show you want to restart and click Restart Show
- The show will move to the Upcoming section
- Start your show again when ready
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Do my bookmarks carry over when I restart a show?
Yes. Restarting keeps your show along with its listings and everyone who bookmarked it, and moves it back to your Upcoming list so you can go live again when you're ready.
People who bookmarked or follow you won't get a second "went live" notification when you restart (those notifications only send once per show). If your start time has shifted, message your followers directly so they don't miss it.
